Investment Banker with 15 Years of Experience Appointed as Business Development Director of UMG Investments

Nadiya’s main task in her new position will be the formation of a portfolio of investment projects. Under her management, the team will focus on finding new business projects, developing them, and selling them to investors.

Nadiya Kaznacheyeva has worked in the investment market for more than fifteen years. Prior to joining UMG Investments, Nadiia occupied the position of Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, then Adviser to the Minister, and Project Manager of the Office of the National Investment Council under the President of Ukraine. In these positions, Ms Kaznacheieva was responsible for attracting investment into industry, the corporatisation of state-owned companies and preparing them for privatisation, as well as the development of public–private partnerships. 

Before working on public sector reforms, Nadiya Kaznacheyeva headed the M&A department of the Altius investment boutique (previously known as Golden Gate Business). With her participation, the company conducted a series of mergers and acquisitions of businesses in FMCG, property, retail, and other industries, including a number of transactions for the Horizon Capital investment company.

 

Nadiya Kaznacheyeva holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
