Ornex buys a 25% stake in DTEK Dniproenergo and DTEK Dniprooblenergo from the State Property Fund of Ukraine
Ornex, a company operated by SCM Group, has bought a 25% stake in DTEK Dniproenergo and DTEK Dniprooblenergo from the State Property Fund of Ukraine. The deal has taken place today at PFTS Stock Exchange.
The company paid UAH 728.236 million for a 25% stake in DTEK Dniproenergo, and UAH 1,004.676 billion for a 25% stake in DTEK Dniprooblenergo, which exceeded the starting price by 2.05 times.
Today DTEK is a majority shareholder of DTEK Dniproenergo owning a 73.54% stake and DTEK Dniprooblenergo owning a 51.66% stake.
Earlier, Ornex bought a 25% stake in DTEK Donetskoblenergo for UAH 143.81 million and a 25% stake in DTEK Zakhidenergo and Kyivenergo for UAH 417.163 million and UAH 759.633 million, respectively.
