SCM's transportation business is represented by Portinvest holding which is 100% owned by the Group. Founded on 30 September 2010, Portinvest limited liability company manages the holding.

Portinvest holding includes Avlita Stevedoring Company (Sevastopol) and Marine Industrial Complex (Sevastopol). Portinvest is primarily responsible for strategic management of SCM Group's transportation assets and implementation of new investment projects.

Today the strategy of the new industrial holding is in the making.
