ESTA Group is an industrial holding consolidating real estate assets of the SCM Group.
ESTA Group is one of the biggest real estate holdings in Ukraine with its major focus being on commercial real estate including office and shopping centres, hotels.
ESTA Holding (former SCM Estate) is responsible for the corporate governance of this business. The company consolidates and develops the existing property assets of SCM Group; acquires and launches new projects; manages the real estate assets portfolio and builds long-term strategic relations with partners.

ESTA Holding is Ukraine's biggest private investor in real estate. SCM Group and ESTA Group have invested over $200 million to develop this area since 2000.

In 2008 ESTA Group established ESTA Property Management to manage and operate its existing real estate units. The key objective is to ensure the efficient operation and functioning of the property. The company's managers have a solid expertise in managing commercial property of different classes inside and outside Ukraine.
Today ESTA Property Management operates Leonardo business centre (Kiev) and a number of office buildings in Kiev and Donetsk.
ESTA Property Management provides a wide range of services involving management of office facilities owned by ESTA Group and external companies.
Five star Opera Hotel in Kiev
ESTA Group has been operating in the Ukrainian real estate market since 2004. At present the company owns two five-star hotels that are members of the international association "The Leading Hotels of the World": Donbass Palace in Donetsk and Opera boutique hotel in Kiev.
Donbass Palace is the first Ukrainian hotel, which became a member of the LHW and an award winner in the nominations of Best Hotel in Ukraine and Best Business Hotel in Ukraine in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
In 2010 ESTA has bought a three-star hotel in Donetsk called Kiev Hotel. In October 2011 ESTA signed an agreement with Rezidor Hotel Group for integrated management of the hotel, which is to be launched under Park Inn Hotel by Radisson brand.
ESTA Group provides advisory services related to the creation and operation of hotels.
