SCM's pharmaceuticals business is represented by Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding, which is 100% owned by the Group.

Today Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding owns and manages pharmacy chains which include over 200 pharmacies that serves over 30,000 buyers daily.

38 pharmacies operate under the Zdravitsa brand, 1 - Tsentralnaya brand and 118 - Dobri Liky while the rest currently have no brand identity but will be added to the Dobri Liky chain in future.

Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding's pharmacies are located across Ukraine (Donetsk and Donetsk Region, Lugansk and Lugansk Region, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye and Kiev Region), but most of them operate in Donetsk and Donetsk oblast.

Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding also develops the individual wholesale trade of medicines.

The main competitive advantages of the Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding are:
