Representing SCM's agricultural business, HarvEast holding is managed by HarvEast Holding, LLC established by the SCM and Smart Holding Groups in 2011.

Today the holding includes agricultural assets in Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Cherkassy, Zhitomir Regions and Crimea. HarvEast is responsible for strategic management of the SCM Group's agricultural assets and realization of new investment projects.

The strategy of the SCM Group's new holding is in the making and will be presented in 2012.
